shithead This was the first album from Flower Politics that I'd ever listened to, and it made a lasting impression on me because of the way it reaches out to others. I can see this helping me in the future when I'm doing poorly, and will definitely keep it in mind next time I feel my mental illnesses start to get the better of me. Favorite track: I hope I changed (lofi).

about

I worked on this baby for about 6 months and I’m so glad to finally share it in its complete form. This album outlines heartbreak and mental illness and love and happiness as well as just being strong enough to grit my teeth and keep holding on. These songs have changed me in ways I’m deeply grateful for and I hope they reach someone who feels like I do and lets them know theyre not alone <3
